Our custom portraits are hand-crafted pencil sketches made from your photos, available as a digital file or a physical print.

A digital download is a high-resolution image file sent to you by email — you print it yourself at home or at a local print shop in any size you like. A physical print is a finished print we produce and post directly to your door, ready to display.

You can choose your preferred size before adding to your basket. We offer standard sizes such as A4 and A3, as well as framed options. If you choose a digital download, you can print it at any size that suits your space.

Yes! Every portrait is drawn digitally by a real human artist — not generated by AI or an app. We sketch each portrait by hand using professional digital tools, then print it in your chosen format. TinyBearPrints is a proudly woman-owned small business and your artwork gets real human attention from start to finish.

It's simple! On the product page, upload your photo directly using the file upload field, choose whether you'd like a digital file or a physical print, then add to your basket and check out. Once your order is placed, our artist gets straight to work.

The better the photo, the better the portrait! We recommend a clear, well-lit image where the face(s) are easy to see. Close-up shots work best. Avoid blurry or heavily filtered images. If you're unsure, reach out via the chat bubble before ordering.

We aim to complete your custom pencil sketch within 1–2 days of receiving your order. If you need it urgently, just let us know via the chat bubble and we'll do our best to help.

Absolutely — your happiness is our top priority! We offer multiple rounds of revisions until you're completely satisfied. Just let us know what you'd like adjusted and we'll get it right.

Yes! We can create family portraits with multiple people. Simply upload a clear photo that includes everyone you'd like, and add any extra details in the order notes at checkout.

We ship locally within your country. Customers in the UK, USA, and Canada receive their orders from a local fulfilment partner — which means faster delivery and no surprise customs or import fees.

Shipping is free on orders over $35. For smaller orders, a flat shipping fee of $3.99 applies. The exact cost is always shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

For physical prints, delivery times vary by location but we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. For digital files, your download will be sent to your email as soon as the portrait is ready — usually within 1–2 days.

Once your file is ready, we'll send a high-resolution download link to the email address used at checkout. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. You can then print it at home or at any local print shop.

Because every custom portrait and digital download is made specifically for you, we're unable to offer refunds on these items. However, if your physical print arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, please contact us via the chat bubble and we'll make it right straight away.

We accept all major cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna for flexible payments. All transactions are processed securely at checkout.

Completely. Our store is powered by Shopify, one of the world's most trusted e-commerce platforms, with industry-standard encryption on every transaction. We never store your card details.
